Online Driver Qualification Files

DOT FMCSA Driver Files

A growing number of companies are moving towards Electronic Driver Qualification Online  Systems to ensure that their driver files are always compliant.
In addition to the driver file creation requirements for each driver, many of these systems automatically track document deadlines on an ongoing
basis to ensure that MVRs are run in a timely manner and medical certificates don’t expire.

Moving to an online driver file management system also prepares companies for the offsite audit process, which is becoming the DOT’s method of auditing a Carrier for their safety compliance.  Because the documents are already online, they can be easily shared with the auditor as soon as they’re needed.

Looking for a better, cheaper, and more efficient way to manage DOT Driver Qualification Files for your drivers?
If so, you're in the right place!

Simplified. Automated. Multilingual.

Our web-based software makes driver qualification files easier than ever! Our program will guide you through DOT qualifications for each driver, allowing you to complete the required files online via electronic forms or manually upload copies of your current forms.

The driver qualification doesn't stop after the initial requirements are met. Our system will run your driver's license, keep track of when your driver's licenses and medical cards expire, when annual record reviews are due, and assist in making sure your driver's stay qualified and compliant with DOT regulations.  There is even a link for you to give to the DOT auditor (or law enforcement) so they can look at only the records they are requesting!

DOT Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) Report Service

What is the Pre-Employment Screening Program? The Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) allows carriers, individual drivers, and industry service providers access to commercial drivers' safety records from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's (FMCSA) Motor Carrier Management Information System (MCMIS). Records are available 24 hours a day via the PSP website. FMCSA studied PSP’s impact on safety and the results showed that companies using PSP to screen new hires lowered their crash rates by 8% and driver out-of-service rates by 17%, on average!
